Trainers:
Siegfried Kaltenecker is an organizational consultant with 15 years of experience in facilitating, training, and coaching. He co-owns and co-manages Loop Organisations-beratung GmbH, an open consulting network, specialised in IT business, financial services, and industry www.loop-beratung.at. Siegfried has already been involved in many international companies such as Alcatel, bwin, Aperture Software, Hewlett Packard, OMV-Petrom, Raiffeisen or T-Systems. He is also a CSM and co-editor of PAM - Platform for Agile Management www.p-a-m.org, where such diverse areas of expertise as line management, project management, organizational consulting & Scrum know-how are connected.

Peter Beck is a passionate Scrum coach, trainer (Certified Scrum Trainer, CST) and facilitator with a sound background in software engineering, working independently and within a network of partners. Over the years he has trained and coached a wide range of development teams, business departments, project managers and senior executives in using Scrum, Agile planning and engineering practices as well as facilitation techniques. He is the founder of the Austrian Scrum Group, editor of the Scrum Checklists, published at InfoQ.com, and he regularly gives talks at Agile conferences and community events.
